How does the Virtual Card work?

For each merchant you wish to purchase from, you load a Virtual MasterCard from BTCinstant. You can then use the balance on your Virtual Card to pay the merchant. Any remaining balance can be used at that merchant again for up to 1 month ( you may adjust it up to 12 months). You cannot use the same Virtual Card at more than one merchant. Each Virtual Card is assigned to the merchant you purchase at.

Can I use the Balance left over for other purchases?

You may use the balance left over for the merchant used to make the orginal purchase. You have to purchase a whole new virtual card if you want to spend more money at a different merchant online. In other words, each new merchant you spend at requires a new virtual card.

How long do these card last?

You have minimum 1 month to make your purchase or the virtual card becomes invalid. If you need longer time please do contact us. All online subscriptions are 12 months long. *

How about refunds?

Currently, we don't allow refunds all sales are final. Please contact us as there are rare exceptions.
